MANIFOLDS

IVAR Brass Rod Manifold (2 to 12 Ports)
CI 595CN and CI 596CN kits are distribution systems consisting of delivery and
return manifolds with built-in mounting brackets for an easy housing into the box.
Delivery manifolds feature FLUXER devices by which the circuits can be balanced
and flow rates can be read directly. Return manifolds are equipped with ther-
mostatically controllable inserts for flow interception, and protecting caps. With
respect to CI 595CN, CI 596CN kit features a free way both on the delivery and
on the return manifolds for fill-drain cocks and automatic air-vent valves. All distri-
bution manifolds are obtained from drawn brass bars with a special profile. They
are machined and assembled automatically by innovative machinery; they then
undergo stress relief heat treatment, in order to minimise crack risk. Each man-
ifold is tested under pressure with all the fittings and accessories mounted to be
sure that there are no leaks. Threads on the main column connections comply
with ISO228 standard. Derivation pipes are connected by means of two types of
fittings, M24×1.5 thread or 3/4” EUROKONUS, sealed by glued o-rings to ensure
they do not loosen when disassembling the fitting. Where foreseen, manifolds are available both with “yellow” and nickel-
plated surface (product code final “N”). CI-series manifold kits are suitable for radiant floor heating systems. In particular,
with FLUXER devices installed on delivery manifolds, one can monitor the flow rate of each branch through a spyglass with
graduated scale and indicator. Besides, FLUXER devices allow to balance each single outtake and to keep memory of the
selected setting, which is particularly useful in case of temporary closure due to maintenance operations.

IVAR Stainless Steel
Manifold (2 to 12 Ports)
AISI 304 stainless steel manifolds are suitable for distributing
and controlling water in heating systems at low and high
temperatures. The thickness of the material combined with the
pressure testing of each manifold is synonymous with quality
and assurance of successful operation on site. The threads of
the connections to the headers are 1” and 1" 1/4 female
according to ISO 228 standard. The threads of the joints are
made with brass inserts (CW617N, EUROKONUS). Manifolds can
also be supplied in flow/return pairs, mounted on fastening
brackets: return manifold features shut- off valves with
protective cap for thermostatic insert, while flow manifold
features FLUXER flow meters/adjusters.
All IVAR stainless steel manifolds with 1" main connections can
be misaligned, thanks to the new design with asymmetrical
interaxes.

NOVATHERM Manifold (2 to 12 Port)
Manifold with Pressure Gauge and Auto Air Vent
The NovaTherm premium stainless-steel manifold is a
preassembled unit for use within either underfloor heating
systems or with wall hung radiator systems.
Key Features:
The unit is preassembled, complete with an auto air vent
(AAV), 10 bar pressure gauge, flow metes with 0-5 l/m
indicators and fill and drain valves. Compatible with various
pipe sizes up to 20mm. Integrated filling and drain off valves
ease long term maintenance.
Our manifold has a standard UK distance of 210mm between the flow and return bars. This makes the
unit versatile with various mixing units. The unit has spacing of 50mm between each port from the
centre point. This enables various pipe sizes and materials to be installed. For ease of installation we
recommend no larger than 20mm pipe to be installed with the NovaTherm manifold connectors. The
unit has 1” threaded inlets to house isolation valves. We recommend when installing with the NovaTherm
mixing unit that a captive universal nut is used for fixing. The bottom rail has a modulating pin that can
be either manually adjust with the white adjusting caps, or to achieve electronic control an actuator can be installed.
