FOIL COVERED PANEL
Foil Covered Panel is a high-performance underfloor heating board combining extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation with a 100-micron aluminium foil facing that is lined into the groove. Designed to maximise heat diffusion and energy efficiency, it’s the ideal solution for low profile, high output warm-water underfloor heating systems.
Precision grooved for pipe retention, the grooves securely hold underfloor heating pipes in place, eliminating the need for additional fixings and ensuring consistent pipe spacing.
The foil facing enhances thermal conductivity ensuring rapid and even heat distribution across the floor surface.
Foil Covered Panel comes in various compressive strengths ranging from 300kpa to 500kpa, thicknesses and is routed to your pipe diameter and spacing requirements. The panels are lightweight, easy to handle and can easily be cut on site reducing labour time and simplifying the installation process.

The routed chip board panel is a high strength, chipboard based underfloor heating solution designed for dry floor constructions. Engineered for structural integrity and thermal efficiency, it's ideal to be fitted direct to timber joists for both new build and retrofit projects where a robust, low profile system is required.
The routed chip board panel is made from a 22m chipboard which provides a strong, stable base. The precision routed channels ensure consistent spacing and even heat distribution.
The routed chip board panel is a dry installation and works with our thermally efficient 6mm overlay boards to keep a low profile of just 28mm above the joist to final floor finish.
